The delivery time is always stated with the product on the webshop when you click on “delivery time” or on the packing slip. Delivery time is usually 48 hours on working days. With special products this takes longer but this is always indicated, this is usually because we do not have these products in stock in the Netherlands. If you paid by bank transfer, it may therefore take a little longer for us to process your order. The reason is that the bank needs 1-2 working days to credit the money to our account.
The longest delivery time is used for a combination order.
Shipping method
The parcels are shipped by DHL and PostNL. Small packages that fit through the letterbox are sent by post. Porza limits the risk of damage during transport by sending the products packaged as well as possible.
Different delivery address
When entering your details when ordering, you can choose a different delivery address.
Not at home upon delivery
If you are not at home on delivery, the order will be offered again the next day. If you also miss this delivery, the driver will leave a note with further instructions for the delivery.
Take Away
Collection is of course also possible. You can also pick up your product on the same day if it is in stock in Venlo or Eindhoven. If this is not the case, you will receive an email stating the delivery time.
Shipping costs
As the only web-store in car parts, we charge no shipping costs above € 100 in the Netherlands, for Belgium we charge an amount of € 9.68 per package. Only in exceptional cases where the package has exceptional dimensions, we will contact you for a small contribution. For express deliveries and returns where the customer uses our supplied return label, we charge € 6.95 costs.
Sundays and holidays
We recommend that you allow a somewhat longer delivery time if you order during the weekend or on public holidays. We do not work on weekends and public holidays, so your order can only be processed on the next working day.
Our transport partners are also free on Sundays and public holidays, which means that your order will not be delivered on a Sunday or national holidays.
