Order procedure

1. Choose your product

if you want to buy a product, search for this product on the website. This can be done via the menu, license plate, car or via the search function at the top of the website. If you search by license plate or car, certain product groups will be listed. You can then use the search function at the top of the website to search for any product for the car you have entered. If you do not know the product, you can click on one of the product groups and find out which product you need. Once you have found the product, click on buy, once you have done this, the product will be in your shopping cart.

2. Enter your details

When all products are in the shopping cart, go to the shopping cart. Check that all products and the correct quantities are in your shopping cart. Now click on “checkout” and fill in all your details or login with a previously created account.

3. Payment method and shipping method

You can indicate in step 3 whether you want to pick up the article in our branch or have it delivered to the desired delivery address. The possible costs of delivery are shown.

3.b Pass guarantee

If you are not sure whether the chosen products fit your car, you can opt for a pass guarantee here. Enter your license plate and chassis number here and then validate whether the part fits your vehicle.

4. Order confirmation

After you agree to the terms and conditions, you can complete the payment, a screen will appear with an overview of the different payment methods. You will then be redirected to the secure page of mollie and here you can complete the payment.

5. Order completed

After the payment has been completed, you will return to porza.nl and you will receive a confirmation of your order in your email.

6. Shipping order

After we have received your order, the people from our logistics center will collect it, pack it and prepare it for shipment by PostNL. or it will be prepared for you to pick up. You will receive this by email and / or text message.

7. Shipment confirmation
