At porza.nl you can exchange or return an article within 14 days. You must therefore make a notification within this period, while the product may be returned outside this period. You have 14 days to return the products after the notification. These cooling-off days start on the day after delivery of the package.
Report transport damage or missing goods
Upon arrival, it must be checked whether the delivery is complete. Transport damage or missing goods must be reported to us within 24 hours from the date you signed for receipt of the package. You can do this via the return procedure below It is important that we receive one photo of the packaging / product, where the damage is clearly visible, before we can start your application:
Log in to your account and go to "orders"
Search for the relevant order
Choose: "Return products" (you can find this at the bottom right of your order in the overview)
Follow the steps on the screen and complete the request, if necessary you must also include a photo of the part.
print out the return label and form. sign the form and stick the label on the box. You can then hand it in at postNL.
for packages up to 30 kg we charge € 6.95 return costs - we settle these with your purchase amount.
Deliver the return items in original packaging, undamaged and unused. Make sure that it is properly packaged.
As soon as we receive the products, we will process your request within 5 working days.
The same step-by-step plan is followed for deposit-refund shipments as for returning a product.
Upon receipt of your old part, you will be refunded according to the payment method you initially used to make your payment. The old parts must be returned.
Note: You must return the old parts with a deposit within 30 days, a period that starts after receipt of your order. After this period, your deposit will not be refunded. Incomplete or damaged parts will not be refunded.
Deliver the return items in original packaging, undamaged and unused.
Note: Electronic or parts specially ordered for you CANNOT be returned.
Handle the packaging of an item with care.
Do not write texts or stick stickers or adhesive tape on the original packaging of the item.
If necessary, pack the returned items in a box to prevent transport damage.
You must enclose the invoice with the return shipment.
Problems with the shipment, at or by the company that takes care of the shipment to us, are at the risk of you as the sender. Always keep your proof of shipment.
Provided the above conditions are not met, Porza can refuse your return or charge costs.
