We will send your package immediately if:

• You have placed and paid for your order via the website or by telephone
• You order before 17:00
• The product is directly in stock in our local warehouse, not central warehouse

Of course we do our utmost to have your order delivered the next day. This almost always works for items in stock that you order before 17:00 and pay with iDEAL, credit card or PayPal. However, an accident is in a small corner. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that you do not receive your order within the usual period.
Orders placed on a public holiday are delivered within 1 to 2 working days.
